only confined to the economic sphere or exclude cooperation in other areas, the basic connotation

should be more characteristics of the times, and the rich and diverse, not only to the economic

sphere, also involved in the field of culture and humanities; not only the political and diplomatic

fields, also involves security, and information in the field of network security and ecological

security.
