SEVERAL PROBLEMS THINKING "ALONG THE WAY" STRATEGY

September 2013 and October, Chinese President Xi Jinping during his visit to Kazakhstan

and Indonesia have proposed to jointly build and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" strategic

initiatives "Silk Road economic belt" (hereinafter referred to as "along the way" strategy) , and the

first time along strengthen national and regional policy communication, roads Unicom, trade flow,

currency in circulation, the people interlinked, to comprehensively strengthen pragmatic

cooperation and promote bilateral and multilateral cooperation to a high of degree, has been widely

supported by countries along the height and the international community attention. "Belt" east-west,

connecting Europe and Asia, the main focus from open land to the west, through Central Asia,

Russia, Mongolia, West Asia to Europe, to China and Central Asia, Eastern Europe, West Asia and

European countries closely linked together to form a new Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic

Corridor and regional cooperation zone. And "all the way" on the verge of two oceans, land and sea

connections, the main focus from the open sea from east to west, into the major regional ASEAN,

South Asia, West Asia, East Africa, North Africa and Europe and other Mediterranean extending to

Europe, pierce the economy via South China Sea, the Indian Ocean plates, forming facing South

China Sea, the Pacific and the Indian Ocean strategic economic cooperation with Asia, Europe and

Africa.

 Currently, "along the way" along a total of 65 countries, mostly emerging economies and

developing countries, with a total population of about 4.4 billion, total economic output of about $

21 trillion, accounting for 63% and 29% of the world respectively. Along the country's energy-rich

mineral resources, strong demand for infrastructure construction, and the comparative advantage of

economies significantly, the economic structure complementarity, mutual benefit and strong,

showing great potential and broad prospects for development cooperation. It is foreseeable that

The significance of the implementation of "all the way along the" Strategy

peaceful development, through uphold the "pro-Cheng Hui Rong" diplomatic philosophy and

promote win-win cooperation, open and inclusive spirit of the times, take the initiative and along

the periphery of the national development of good-neighborly friendship, peace and tranquility of

diplomatic relations, will their own development strategies and national development strategies of

his butt, will own capital, technology and productivity advantages of convergence with the practical

needs of the output to be his country's economic development, the expansion of another strategic

meeting point and common interests, common denominator seek win-win development. Give full

play  to  the  role  of  the  existing  cooperation  mechanisms,  based  on  the  platform,  and  actively

promote the establishment of new financial cooperation mechanisms Asian investment bank, the

Silk Road Fund, to promote pragmatic cooperation in bilateral and multilateral round from a larger,

broader, deeper, and promote national and along economic, political, cultural and security positive

interaction and common development.

 Fifth, pay more attention to the domestic rules and international high standards. In the

TTIP and TISA and other global trade real pressure to bring high standards and challenges for

China's active participation in global economic governance, to better adapt to and shape the new

international rules to seize the initiative, gain the initiative.
