To implement this, within the framework of a comprehensive school, a
phased plan for its implementation was developed:
The first stage is the study of this problem on the basis of regulatory
documents, scientific, methodical literature, Internet resources; the accumulation
and collection of material on the problems of improving language education, a
synthesis of the innovative work of teachers in the field of teaching native, non-
native and foreign languages;
The second stage is the development and conduct of lessons in both the
English language and a number of integrated lessons, as well as extracurricular
activities for the introduction of multilingual;
The third stage is generalization and systematization of the research results,
introduction of the results into the educational process based on the
recommendations of colleagues in order to improve work in this direction.
Understanding the role of languages in the modern world with particular
urgency raises the question of the effectiveness of language teaching and raising
the level of language training of students. The concept of development of
education in the Republic of Kazakhstan is aimed at qualitatively updating the
forms and methods of training professional personnel that qualifies to meet
global standards. Much attention is paid to multilingual education, which is
considered as an effective tool to prepare the young generation for life in an
interconnected and interdependent world.
Innovation - a new or significantly improved product (product, service) or
process introduced into use, a new sales method or a new organizational method
in business practice, workplace organization or in external relations.
"Innovative learning" is the process and result of such educational and
educational activities that stimulate innovative changes in the existing culture
and social environment. This type of training (and education), in addition to
maintaining existing traditions, stimulates an active response to situations that
arise both in front of an individual and in society. Appeal to this understanding
expands the view on the value of didactic searches.
The concept of "innovation" refers not only to the creation and
dissemination of innovations, but to such changes, which are significant, are
accompanied by changes in the way of activity, style of thinking.
Innovative technology in the classroom.
Each teacher tries to take a responsible approach to the preparation of the
lesson, to develop it is interesting, informative and entertaining.

The constant increase in knowledge, the rapid obsolescence of existing
information, the need to navigate the ever-increasing flow of information force
us to look for a source of new knowledge directly within the educational system.
The study of the Russian language as a foreign language is of no small
importance, since Kazakhstan has a policy of trilingualism.
“Kazakhstan should be perceived throughout the world as a highly
educated country whose population uses three languages. These are: Kazakh
language is the state language, Russian is the language of international
communication, and English is the language of successful integration into the
global economy, ”said the President. In other words, the idea of a trinity is
expressed by a simple and understandable formula: we develop the state
language, we support Russian, and we learn English.
The following technologies underlie innovative learning:
- developmental training;
- problem learning;
- development of critical thinking;
- differentiated approach to learning;
- creating a situation of success in the classroom.
The main principles of innovative education are:
- creativity (orientation to creativity);
- the assimilation of knowledge in the system;
- non-traditional forms of lessons;
- use of visibility.
I would like to dwell on some of the techniques used in the development of
critical thinking technology.
The technology for developing critical thinking through reading and
writing was developed by the International Association and the Consortium of
Humanistic Pedagogy. In recent years, it has become widespread in general and
vocational education systems in 29 countries of the world.
Critical thinking is a foothold for a person’s thinking, it’s a natural way to
interact with ideas and information. We and our students often face the problem
of choosing, choosing information. It is necessary to not only master the
information, but also critically evaluate, comprehend and apply it.
The development of critical thinking is also promoted by non-traditional
lessons, which make it possible to increase the interest of the student both in the
subject and in education in general.
To improve the quality of education, it is necessary to introduce
progressive pedagogical technologies into the learning process. The use of new
technologies in teaching English is due to the realities of today. Modern lesson
can not be imagined without the use of information and communication
