The cognitive model «Loneliness – regret, grief»

Қазақтың жылқы аңсатқан 
жарлы, байын, 
Жарлыны жалғыз атсыз алды 
уайым

Несчастный, муж, мечтавший о 
лошади,
Беднягу печаль захватила одного

Unhappy, husband, dreaming of 
the horse, 
The poor people became very sad 
 without the horse
(from the poem «Кulager»).
In Kazakh imagination 
« the extinguished fire would not flame»
means irreparable loss, infinite 
«pain»,
which brings to grief. Given abstractive concept in poetic text is reflected through imagination 
«to cry in 
distant steppe»
. «Visual images in real world are generalized, internal feature of phenomenon, regularities of 
nature and society are cognized through abstractive thought. Abstractive thought in world cognition is the 
second one, with higher level. In comparison with sensitive cognition the thought allows to cognate the 
world deeper and totally» [6, 199]. So, the images of world , also. 
«The world image is not only a universal recognition of a person, but also serves as a reference point in a 
person's life» [7, 2]. 
In poetic texts the concept is cognized in picturesque representation, is objected by the model of part 
instead of the whole.
In conclusion, thesaurus, reflecting the concept «loneliness» in the poetry of I.Zhansugurov is defined 
through semantics of next word combinations: 
to stay alone, to stay without relatives, to stay without 
beneficence, to walk alone, to hate the life, to wander alone on barren steppe, to feel himself lonely, to 
search calmness, to relive, to cry on steppe 
and others, are associated with the words 
powerless, homeless, 
poor fellow.
Phraseological units such as 
the fire is out,to lose the interest, no desire, blood is run, to become 
indifferent to everything, to be frozen, sickle of grief 
and others, which denote the concept «grief», reveal the 
essence of the concept «loneliness». As the poetry of an author consists of conceptual structures (frames, 
scenario, imagination and others), representing the concept «loneliness», and the essence of the concept 
«loneliness» is revealed concretely.
