the book "Kazakh identifier" of Academician R.Leisz [2]. In this manual, you will find 16 types of words
with a hyphenated word and 24 for a dash character.
Orkhon -Yenisei – not a dummy, but a hyphen. The word "and" is used here. This complex name can also
be used as monuments "Orkhon and Yenisei", and a hyphen is often used in a nutshell. The combined name
of the high-speed train Astana-Almaty is recorded. It represents the meaning of attachments to the pier
(Almaty) (Astana) (high-speed train from Almaty to Astana).
Recently, the readers themselves are Kozhakhmet, Mirzali, Kasimzhomart, whose names are represented
in the form of Khozha-Ahmet, Myrza-Ali, Kassym-Zhomart. Indeed, names such as Kozhakhmet, Myrzali,
Kasymzhomart are subject to the same emphasis and unite in unification. By combining such words together,
individual emphasis and writing are not in the traditional linguistic and cultural area of the Kazakh language,
but it seems to be like another culture and language. For this there is no legalized (codified) rule.
Cultural semantic field. One of the criteria for recognizing the right to recognition is the link between the
linguistic identity of a linguistic person. Trace learning is one of the necessary conditions for the correct
disclosure of information encoded in the cultural and semantic layer.
Here you can see the unique misunderstanding of the cultural and semantic code from the thoughts
expressed in the media related to the repatriation of readers. Oralmans understood that the meaning of the
word "we are not repatriates" is misunderstood as "displacement", "alienation". It is a scholar N. It should be
noted that Vali's interpretation of the content of this term through historical and cultural information:
"The Migration Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not the term of international repatriation, but it is
the term of the oralman's neologism. This, in fact, was associated with the cultural-historical code. It is
known that the October Revolution in Russia and its subsequent repressions forced some of them to
emigrate. Some who voluntarily emigrated without seeing political repression return to their historical
homeland and become repatriates. The status of repatriates is separated from them. The Migration Law
allowed returnees to move and stabilize their historical homeland and use the funds allocated to them for the
sake of repression. Depending on the independence of the Kazakh people, their descendants began moving to
their historical homeland. They were not just repatriates. He was a descendant of mass political repressions,
who suffered from massacres and died from the history of the Motherland. Taking into account the
difficulties faced by such a nationwide history, they were called oralmans in the legislation of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, giving them a political and legal status, social privileges. The non-linguistic content of the term
"oralman" is associated with such a historical and cultural code. The correct disclosure of cultural and
historical information contained in the content of the term oralman implies a subjective assessmenf".
In the modern cultural and semantic field, there are some unsuitable names associated with some
traditional rituals. For example, we find that the word is used as capricious and grotesque. Indeed, it is
known that capriciousness and gratitude are connected with the Kazakh tradition. But the mood is "grateful
appetite for the death of a dead person and respectful, mixed, cheerful, cheerful, heartbreaking taste." Tea
with thanksgiving now has a different cultural, significant character associated with the tradition of
celebrating the round-the-clock (40, 50, 60, 70, etc.) in the cultural sphere. At the moment, it is customary to
call a "round" boy a tiger wedding. However, this use has become the norm in the language, although it is
"misleading" [4].
In visual and linguistic advertising, related to the operational nature of the literary language, the use of
any word in the media occurs much faster and ubiquitously than in other functional areas. Detection of their
skin is not solved in one lexical setting. Identifying semantics in a linguistic and cultural field, they can be
considered "correct" or "misleading".
In subsequent years, the constant expression of a healthy lifestyle in advertising, in the media was also
used, and the phrase "healthy food" appeared. These terms can be estimated from an anonsolutely pointed
word by comparing linguistic (lexical) information and non-linguistic information encoded in the context of
this word, since orthogonal cognition is associated with linguistic and cultural code.
The meaning and content of these types of constant expressions are determined by the semantic features
of the cultural-linguistic unit. The first Kazakh ethnographic encyclopedia describes the name of health as
"prayer", "apology" in Arabic and analyzes the ethnocultural and linguistic semantics of this concept as
follows:
"Saying kind words to the Prophet Muhammad when he hears the name of the Prophet Muhammad is a
blessed Prophet, peace be upon him and gives him peace, saying:" Glory be to Allah, Glory be to Him!
Praise be to Allah, the Compassionate Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to
raise the rank of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him); Angels pray to God for goodness
