prospects for its further development in the modern way, using the example of domestic television. Investigating the 
rapid development of digital television in the world and, in particular, on Kazakhstani TV channels, both positive and 
negative components of this issue have been studied in the context of globalization. The first stage of the development 
of digital television is characterized by the preservation of similar channels of communication in some parts of the 
television channels along with the use of modern digital technology. During this period, all studio equipment is 
translated into digital signals. The next stage in the development of digital television is the creation of hybrid analog-
digital networks, the parameters of which differ significantly from those adopted on television standards. And the final 
stage in the development of digital television is the creation of a television network, fully functioning on digital 
technologies. The transition to digital data transmission will be carried out mainly by terrestrial and cable networks. As 
an example of hybrid television networks, one can cite Japanese television with high-quality broadcasting (the West 
European network of the MUSE and MUS group of companies). Throughout their entire network, the broadcast and 
receiving parts are processed by digital devices, and the article discusses in detail how to use similar forms of 
communication channel signals.
