Development stages of physics:

The appearance of physical predecessors is dealed with the name of outstanding English physicist and mathematician Isaac Newton. After generalizing the results of observations and experiences of his predecessors (N. Kepler, G. Galileo), Newton compiled enormous work just as the “mathematical beginnings of natural philosophy”. In this work, he presented the most important laws of the mechanics, which was called after his name, Newton’s law. This led to the explosion of ideas about the mechanical motion. Further, development of physics was determined by the study of thermal and electromagnetic phenomena, which explains the tendency of scientists to penetrate in the depth of thermal processes led to the origin of ideas about the molecular structure of matter.

The new stage of rapid development of physics has begun in? century. From then, other branches of physics arouse and some at them are the nuclear physics, physics of elementary particles, physics of rigid body. The role of physics and its influence on technical and social progress has also increased.

The general theory of the electromagnetic phenomena was written by James Maxwell. He explained the nature of light and development of new technical instruments and device based on the phenomena of electromagnetism is also based on his theory.

Other researches of the electromagnetic phenomena radically changed a scientific picture of the word. It appeared that we are surrounded by physical bodies and fields.
