"Heydar Aliyev: Bibliographic reference book" (2003) among bibliographic sources dedicated to the national leader Hey-
dar Aliyev differ in the wealth of information potential. The first step in the field of the bibliographic heritage of Heydar 
Aliyev, which has a great role in the development and strengthening of the statehood of independent Azerbaijan, "Heydar 
Aliyev: a bibliographic reference book and publication in Azerbaijani, Russian, English enriches readership potential and 
plays an important role in providing bibliographic information to use. The main goal of the compiling a book "Heydar 
Aliyev: a bibliographic reference book" is the systematization by bibliographic method. His inheritance and books written 
about him for representation to readers. Creation of a bibliographic reference book on the savior of the Independent Azer-
baijan Republic, world-famous politician, great personality, great leader Heydar Aliyev is responsible and honorable issue.
