COGNITIVE MEANING AND FORMATION OF METAPHORICAL NAMES

Summary
Studying and understanding of linguistic idioms in conjunction with semantic sphere helps us to identity the
meaning of language units. Idiomatic names are not only illustrative mean, but also a lexical unit based on text
formulas. Idiom – universal phenomenon of any kind Humans understand the world through their ability to think,
understand and transfer it through the language the gist of word combination is that it’s a sigh or a concept, that exist in
a universe and that has a specific representation in a language through words that truly exist. Development and change
of semantical structure of the word are connectedwith development of human knowledge. Motivational form of the
word and its motivational meaning are the elements which we included in the unconscious structure.

The article is about linguistic units of vocabulary-phraseology in the Kazakh language and the identification of
peculiarities of use in a culturally semantic field is one of the main reasons from the point of view of linguistic.
Especially, the correct identification of vocabulary-phraseological parties with the help of a cultural code will help
future philologists not only deepen their knowledge in pure linguistics but also improve their knowledge in traditional
national culture.
In connection with the linguistic orthology of vocabulary-phraseological units related to each other by two semantic
fields, that is, use in the linguistic semantic field and the ability to distinguish the feature of use in a culturally semantic
field is very important in educational and methodological tools but also in methodological practice. Up to this point, in
the methodological tools and methodological practice, more attention has been paid to the use of words and parts of the
word in a pure semantic field, and their use in a culturally semantic field has been left out. In this regard, we divided
and examined the vocabulary-phraseological units into two types: 1) language semantic field 2) culturally semantic
field. If the first is associated with a language code, the second is associated with a traditional cultural code.
